Survey: Brands aren’t building commerce where consumers want to buy

With on-premise and cloud commerce for websites in the past, the third wave of commerce is here and embedded into our daily lives. This third wave is in-moment, experience-driven commerce for any channel or device. But consumers aren’t transacting everywhere, because brands aren’t enabling them to.

We recently commissioned a survey of one thousand online shoppers to inquire about their recent brand experiences and learn more about the channels they’re using to make purchases. Discover how, despite industry chatter about the revenue-driving potential of non-web shop applications and technologies like email, Twitter, Instagram, voice-activated devices and gaming consoles, commerce isn’t happening there.
